Reading the published configuration…
- Funding source
- Dedicated PENNY creator-wallet collections only. No fee route from community launches to PENNY is implemented. Vault collections are wallet aggregates, not independent per-coin income proof.
- Holder distributions
- Schedule not activated. Finalized eligible PENNY balance × seconds held during each completed published period. Funded payouts only; below-threshold entitlements roll forward. Payout asset and minimum payout remain decisions, so no countdown is shown.
- Ecosystem-holder rewards
- Schedule not activated. A separate 15% allocation. Recipient population, payout assets and exclusions require a published rule before execution.
- Exclusions
- Protocol-controlled, treasury, pool, burn and program accounts; identified self-trading and linked circular activity; unsupported or ineligible recipients. Related-wallet detection is limited and does not guarantee Sybil prevention.
- Treasury reporting & selection
- Monthly reporting. Candidate stock tokens must come from verified launches with retained accumulation and supported issuer transfers. Final selection, limits, custody and spending approvals must be published before activation.
- Custody & authority
- Operator wallet custody and worker execution, not trustless escrow. PENNY ownership gives no stock ownership, redemption or treasury withdrawal rights.
Community input, with defined limits.
Planned daily discussions and non-binding preference polls can cover continued accumulation, additional funded distributions and permitted treasury strategies. They are not live voting or spending controls.
Every scheduled spending proposal must publish the asset, maximum amount, recipient or action, voting window, eligible electorate, quorum and execution authority. No vote can override a locked launch policy. Marketing grants cannot spend stock-only reserves without an authorizing policy.
Custody and holder rights ↗Actual activity.
Collection evidence is unavailable. No illustrative amounts are shown.
Recent collection receipts
No verified PENNY creator-wallet receipts are published. Community receipts remain on their own coin pages.
PENNY market and identity ↗Configuration, funding, worker activity and a completed payout are separate facts. Proposed programs remain inactive until approved, configured, funded and verified.
